Charter Cable TV demystified

Cable TV is available to millions of people across the US. This form of TV is made possible through the hundreds of thousands of miles of coaxial cable laid down by various cable companies. Charter is one of these cable TV providers and use this method of deployment. With the coaxial cable, the cable TV company can allow you access to their TV and internet signals which are encoded on their end and decoded on your end (by TV tuner or modem). The advantage of many cable TV companies is that you can often bundle internet and phone for a great savings. One drawback to cable TV is that you will be unable to get it if you don't have the aforementioned coaxial cable run to your house. Satellite TV Made Simple

Satellites work by beaming the programming to your receiver dish that is usually placed on top or side of your house. The broadcasted signal allows for satellite TV to be consistent. It allows you to be able to move to wherever in the US and make you able to retain the same great service. No matter where you are, your satellite dish can be aimed at an orbiting satellite to receive the signal. Your receiver decodes the television signal and sends it to your TV. What this means for you is that you can get great TV programming almost anywhere in the US without having to worry about the inconsistencies of cable TV. If you can't get cable TV or don't want to pay the high prices, our satellite TV is always made available to you.

Internet Streaming Television

Probably the future of television, IPTV (internet protocol television) is a haven of on-demand programming. With thousands of movies and TV shows, streaming TV providers such as Hulu and Netflix provide viewers with flexibility unseen among other forms of broadcasting. With so many choices in the palm of your hand, you could easily spend every waking moment of your life watching something new! The catalogs expand on a daily basis. One issue that streaming TV providers face is that they are not the producers of the shows and so initial airings are out of their hands. While Cable TV and Satellite TV are still the better choices for up-to-date TV entertainment, streaming TV is a great way to catch up on old shows or skip the trips to the movie rental store.

Terms such as streaming, HDTV, IPTV, HDMI, coaxial and so forth can be confusing. Equally as confusing as the entertainment providers who use them. Who provides what again? Which one do I plug where? The same TV. The movies. The same specials. In many cases, the providers offer the same as one another. It is sometimes very difficult to distinguish one from another. So, which is the right choice for you? The options can be confusing but we can help. Call TV Choices about Charter Bundles in Trenton, NJ at 1-888-516-2556 to get the clear picture!
