Jennifer Lopez is back in business! It’s been a while since we heard anything about J-Lo, as she took a little break from show business to focus on her husband, Marc Anthony, and her two children, 3-year-old twins Max and Emme. Now, she’s doing her thing again, and doing it well! You can check it out on YouTube.

Jennifer Lopez is now a judge on one of Fox’s most popular shows, American Idol, where her face can be seen every Wednesday and Thursday at 8/7c. On last night’s (March 3) episode, J-Lo debuted her new music video to the single “On the Floor,” and to be quite honest, it makes me want to get out on the floor and dance.

The single itself features Pitbull, and it’s very catchy. According to MTV, it’s her first single since he 2003 “All I have” to hit the Billboard Top 10 – “On the Floor” debuted in #9. This makes some people wonder – did J-Lo accept the role of judge on American Idol as a marketing move to promote her music and get back on top? It is possible, but can anyone really blame her? Show business is cutthroat, so all stars have to do what they have to do to get ahead. Even if Jenn’s motive to become a judge on American Idol was to promote her music, she still takes her role in the show very seriously, and she’s doing a great job.

In her debut video, Lopez sounds great, and she looks better than ever. In the video, she wears a skin-tight suit and a gold, Gaga-like gown, and she shows off her amazing moves and looks. The fans that commented on her video said that she looks younger than Britney Spears, and they can’t wait for more.

I say: welcome back, J-Lo! It’s great to have you back.
